1hr long Movement Assessment

This is a deep dive on all aspects of how you move, what limits you, what type of movement training would be ideal for you and even what stories your body has held over the years. This also includes a follow up document with recommendations on movements that would be best.

1on1 Movement training

Movement Training is similar to Personal Training but with some major differences. Movement Training is exclusively dedicated towards helping you MOVE better, get out of pain, learn new skills, improve your mobility and even have fun in your body the way you did as a kid. Personal Training is a catch all for health coaching, tracking things like metrics, working on diet & creating a change in lifestyle. These things are nice but NOT my focus.

I offer options for training virtually, in-studio, or in nature.

1on1 kickboxing Sessions

Let’s face it, fighting gets a bad rap. Many people perceive it as a person being “out of control.” However, fight-training is the complete opposite- it is the art of mastering your body’s reaction to a threat. This misunderstood modality is all about self-control, honing your instincts, and deep embodiment. Best of all, fight-training is a path to self-empowerment. After one session, you’ll experience what I’m talking about.
