“I trained under Seth for several years in Mt Juliet, TN. To watch his love for movement grow and expand and to benefit from it was the most amazing experience. He is truly intuitive in how he know what would work for me or what slight adjustment was needed to help me get past an issue. He was compassionate but tough. He believed in my especially when I didn't believe in myself. I didn't realize just how much of a crowning jewel he is until I worked with other trainers that just didn't 'get' me and my needs.”

“I worked with Seth as a trainer in Nashville. He was fantastic at educating us, not only on safe/correct technique but also healthy eating. "I've been working with Seth for a couple of months now. The workouts that we do are so challenging but so much fun as well. I'm never sure exactly what's coming, but it's always effective and I can feel myself progressing. There is so much information out there regarding workouts, but it is nice to work with someone you can trust to guide you towards your goals. I'm very pleased with my short time here, and I look forward to my workouts every week. It's nice to feel more capable in my own body and understand that my limits are often in my mind.”

I’ve tried many exercise and training protocols over the years. Seth brings so much more to the table and has quickly become my go-to person to train with and learn from.
His depth of knowledge and experience across many types of training and arts is immediately apparent. This allows him to tailor his sessions to your specific needs and goals. adding to that, he’s professional, motivating, detailed, and has a great sense of humor - aka easy to work with.
Thank you Seth for all of your help improving my strength, mobility, stability and rehab an injury or two. Most of all thanks for helping me learn more about my body, it’s strengths/weaknesses, and how to harness/improve those.

"Before I met Seth I had this idea that personal trainers were those people in the park doing boot camps and making their clients puke. Seth ain't that guy. Seth is a super positive guy and I always feel proud of my accomplishments after a workout with him. The amount of practical strength and mobility I have gained with my movement working with him is seemingly immeasurable. I feel healthy in a way that is holistic and feels like the embodiment of health. Seth pays attention to every move and is focused on my progress as well as my safety. Virtual training with him is great and I love being in the comfort of my own home, but I also love meeting in person, outside, where Seth seems to be in his element and his expertise shines as he uses the world around you to find practical movements to help gain strength and mobility. Last but not least, Seth is fun to spend time with.”

"Seth Budai was my fitness coach in Nashville. He is crazy talented!! I call him the Flying Squirrel! Only creatures with wings can land so softly!! When I first started out, I struggled with back spasms whenever my core was challenged. Seth is so well educated and has such a deep understanding of body mechanics the he could always tweak the bothersome movement in a small way that would allow me to complete the workouts and build my core safely without any spasms. He would explain what was happening so I could understand too. And now I can tweak exercises myself to protect my back. Seth is so kind and caring and yet he will push you to your max potential. I especially appreciate Seth's unique views of body movement and nature. I can honestly say that he has completely changed how I view everyday movement and especially how I interact in my everyday surroundings. Seth has given me a new perspective and it has opened up a whole new world of possibilities and challenges. Every day we get up and do a lot of the same activities and travel down the same paths. Seth will teach you to find different ways to travel those familiar steps. Home, work and gym will all become your playgrounds. Monotony will be replaced with Fun, and movement will be something you think about all day long and not just in the gym. I am so thankful an blessed to have gotten to work with Seth!! I recommend that everyone spend some time with him in a class. You will be blessed bey the experience and you will walk away forever changed.”
