  • I’ve tried many exercise and training protocols over the years. Seth brings so much more to the table and has quickly become my go-to person to train with and learn from.

    His depth of knowledge and experience across many types of training and arts is immediately apparent. This allows him to tailor his sessions to your specific needs and goals. adding to that, he’s professional, motivating, detailed, and has a great sense of humor - aka easy to work with.

    Thank you Seth for all of your help improving my strength, mobility, stability and rehab an injury or two. Most of all thanks for helping me learn more about my body, it’s strengths/weaknesses, and how to harness/improve those.

  • Seth is hands down the best movement coach I have ever known. I feel so lucky to get to learn from him. I am in my mid 50’s and becoming stronger, more adaptable, more injury proof and younger in my movement than ever before in my life. In addition, Seth has a gift for helping me face the fears and past that my body holds onto that limit my freedom and mobility. My progress is steady and encouraging. I feel excited about my second half with his help. Knowing that I can continue to grow and make progress in all these areas no matter my age is very inspiring and hopeful.

  • Seth has literally changed my life, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

    Despite being in my mid-30s, I have struggled with chronic pain for years, primarily due to the sedentary nature of my work and my lifestyle. Seth’s unique insights into the subtle interconnectedness of the human body/movement patterns and tailored approach have turned things around for me. In the years we have worked together, I have not only gained more pain-free days, but also strength, improved balance/stability, a newfound appreciation for (and practice with!) syncing breath with movement, and development of mind-body connection (that did not come naturally for me), all of which have translated into/improved many aspects of my life beyond our training sessions.

    Seth is incredibly easy to work with – he is genuine, caring, affable, and clearly loves what he does and cares deeply about his clients. Whether you choose to work with him one-on-one or through his monthly group class at Carrier Park, you will absolutely be better off for it.

  • I've trained with Seth consistently over the past 7-8 months, going to his studio about once a week, and it is truly one of my happy places! Seth is an excellent trainer. He has developed programming that is helping me to reach specific goals, and sessions are challenging, fun, creative, and dynamic. He tailors sessions to my energy levels the day of, which allows me to challenge and push myself at times, while also honoring where my body and nervous system are at. Seth's energy is positive and encouraging, and his training and knowledge truly reflect his years of experience. The quality of my movement has improved so much with Seth's coaching, and I am so much stronger and confident in my skills. I highly recommend Seth to anyone who is interested in movement and wanting to expand what their body is capable of.

  • "Before I met Seth I had this idea that personal trainers were those people in the park doing boot camps and making their clients puke. Seth ain't that guy. Seth is a super positive guy and I always feel proud of my accomplishments after a workout with him.
