To comprehend my training approach effectively, it is essential to delve into two fundamental aspects. Firstly, there is the external self, the reflection staring back at us in the looking glass, often a focal point for desired transformation. This outer layer is juxtaposed with the inner self, the core of our being housing our instincts and truest essence. The ultimate goal of my methodology is to harmoniously unite these two facets through movement, play, and targeted strength work.

Boxing / Kickboxing

Martial arts were a true life saver for me during my younger years, as they not only taught me how to empower myself and others, but also guided me in understanding the depths of self-awareness. The art of punching and kicking, although fundamental, barely scratches the surface of the rich and multifaceted world of boxing or kickboxing.

Connect Class

Think back to the carefree days of your childhood when you reveled in running freely, swinging from ropes, and engaging in playful roughhousing with your companions. Connect offers a unique opportunity to forge deep bonds with others through the shared experiences of movement and play. Held at Carrier Park, these engaging classes take place every Sunday morning beginning May 5th. It is worth noting that these classes operate on a donation-based system, welcoming everyone to join regardless of financial constraints.
