Movement Evaluation
A Movement Evaluation serves as an invaluable initial approach to gaining insights into your physical capabilities, identifying any constraints impeding your progress, and determining the most suitable training regimen for your needs.
How does a movement evaluation work?
First, we schedule a discovery call
The discover call will allow me to get to know more about you and your story. My goal is to learn as much about you and your movement history that is possible.
Next will be the in-person session
In this 1hr long movement session, we will explore all different types of movement, everything from strength to balance, to mobility and much more.
RE-cap
I will send you a summary within a day with all the important things I learned during our session. It will highlight where you should focus on your movement training and what major obstacles might be holding you back.
HomeWork (mini-program)
Within one week of our in-person meeting, I will personally tailor a training program for you. This specialized program will demonstrate how to effectively address any potential limitations that I identified during your evaluation.
