1on1 Movement Training

This work is deep, I will help you get unstuck. Unstuck from pain, unstuck from progress or even unstuck from your own sense of comfort.

We will go into how you breath, how you carry your self (posture). How you train. What stories you currently have around movement and your own body. Then we will move the body and challenge the mind. creating a synergy that will change where you are currently at.

I believe that every human in full health is truly adaptable, strong, and intuitive. My aim is to bring you back to this natural state.

Workshops

Around twice a year I will teach a Balance & Breath workshop.

This is a chance to connect with like minded individuals around understanding the Focus and Flux mindsets. This workshop is unlike any you have attended before, we go into the geometry of the body and how this relates to the breath. We go into how to truly take a deep breath. (this is powerful and often overlooked) We get to play with balance games and deepen our sense of body and spacial awareness.

A 15-year veteran in the physical education industry, Seth holds over a dozen specialized certifications that collectively highlight his deep and comprehensive expertise. With thousands of focused and intentional hours dedicated exclusively to one-on-one client work, he has consistently empowered individuals to deepen their connection with themselves, unlocking not only their full potential in strength but also improving their overall physical and mental well-being. Beyond his direct client engagements, Seth has also mentored numerous trainers, helping them enhance their skill sets, professionalism, and approach to client care, thereby setting a high and respected benchmark within the broader fitness community. Having served as a Team Instructor for MovNat, a Development Coach for Iron Tribe Fitness, and competing at a high level as a San-Shou Kickboxer, Seth brings a rich and diverse wealth of experience and insight to every aspect of his thoughtful and holistic training approach.
